At Your arrival You will find:

â—� A tray of fresh fruit and a bottle of our extra virgin olive oil, compliments of the villa owner.

â—� In the refrigerator:1 bottle of Prosecco, 1 bottle of flat water, 1 bottle of sparkling water 

Also remember that:

â—� Security deposit € 1.500 due upon arrival in cash to the owner

â—� Electricity, water and final cleaning, included

â—� Heating is not included (€ 300 per week, during months that require heating: Nov-Apr)

â—� Air conditioning not included (€80 per day from 8PM to 8AM; €7 for each additional hour)

â—� The housekeeper is in the house every day from Monday to Sunday, for up to 4 hours a day (from 8a.m. – 12 noon). These hours cover basic housekeeping as decided by the villa manager (beds, baths and priorities).

â—�  Additional housekeeping service is subject to availability at a rate of €15 per hour.

â—� Telephone charges extra

â—� The laundry room is only to be used by villa staff. Laundry service is €15 per hour.

â—� Grocery Shopping Service is €30 + the cost of food (receipt to be presented to guests)

â—� Bed Linen and Towels are changed on Wednesdays

â—� Swimming Pool is cleaned on Fridays

â—� The grass is cut on Fridays (there may be some noise)

â—� House bills are paid on Tuesdays and Fridays 
 

Professional chef service: Professional chef services may be provided if requested in advance, prior to guest arrival. The professional chef can arrange appetizers, lunch, dinner, regional cuisine (with or without table service), buffet style meals, special events, wine/cheese/olive oil tasting, enogastronomic tours, and special requests. Such services must be coordinated prior to arrival and are subject to availability. Prices vary based on the requests. 

Local cook service: Local cook services can be provided by the housekeeper for simple, local dishes. This provides an economical and more flexible alternative for the menu. This service should be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 

American Breakfast, upon request - €10 pp – food + service included: (8 people min)
Light meal - €25 pp, (8 people min.)
Lunch and/or Dinner upon request from €35/€40 pp depending on menus, (8 people min)
 

Personal trainer or masseuse:

Personal trainer to provide services at Podere: € 80,00 per hour

Massages at Podere: € 80,00 per hour/treatment
